Specimen Condition

Quality of finished products depends heavily on the condition of the specimen received. Damage caused by field care, transportation, freezing, thawing, spoilage, hair slippage, cuts, bullet or broadhead damage, insect damage, or decomposition may affect the final result. While every effort will be made to achieve the highest-quality mount possible, not all damage can be fully repaired or concealed.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates only. Completion dates may vary due to workload, tanning schedules, material availability, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee completion by a specific date unless agreed to in writing.

Legal Harvest Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring all animals are legally harvested, tagged, possessed, and transported in accordance with applicable state, federal, and internal laws. We reserved the right to refuse any specimen that does not meet legal requirements.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Full payment is required before any mount, hide, skull, or other finished work is released to the customer.

Stoage and Unclaimed Mounts

Customers will be notified when their mount is complete. Mounts not picked up within 90 days of notification may be subject to storage fees. Specimens or mounts left unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Natural Variations

Wildlife specimens are unique, and no two animals are alike. While we strive for realistic, lifelike results, exact coloration, measurements, poses, and expression cannot be guaranteed.

Photographs and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed work and use those images for our webiste, social media, advertising, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing.

Pricing and Policy Changes

Prices, policies, and services are subject to change without notice. Quotes are based on information available at the time they are provided and may be adjusted if the condition of the specimen differs from what was originally represented.

Customer Supplied Capes and Hides

We are not responsible for damage, hair loss, shrinkage, tanning issues, or other defects resulting from customer-supplied capes, hides, or specimens. Every effort will be made to produce the best possible mount from the materials provided.
